How Ask works, in detail

Answers are built on live listings, real sales and exact trait data for every Otherdeed and every Koda (with their own live asks and recorded sales), plus the Mr. Deeds statistical model. Deed estimates come from the Mr. Deeds model. Koda estimates are gated by sales evidence — where a cohort has printed enough, Ask quotes the model number with its backtest; where it has not, and for all 99 Megas, Ask shows receipts instead of inventing a number. Your question and the market data gathered for it go to an AI model provider (Anthropic) that writes the answer; the question and answer are kept so your report link keeps working. The next step is always the same: pick a card, ask, get a fixed quote, pay it, read.

Resource classes — there are exactly 74 resource types in two supply bands:

Rare resources (60 types): each has only 152–772 deposits map-wide, on 139–735 carrier deeds (e.g. Dimensional: 152 deposits across 139 deeds). "Min rare resources" and the quick-filter box count ONLY these.
Common resources (14 types): ~11,000 deeds each (Moldium, Runa, Kinsoul…). Never counted as rare.

Artifact classes — one artifact max per deed, grouped by supply:

Common class: the 6 plentiful types (Ancient Coin, the Rugged tools, Banana Peel) — ~600–1,000 each.
Medium class: 25 named types (Fairy in a Jar, Forged tools, Sticky Cauldron…) — roughly 130–640 each.
Rare class: everything scarcer (~50–130 each). The "rare class only" filter matches these AND the ultra 1-of-1s.

The Specific dropdowns above are grouped by these same classes, so you can see exactly which band a name belongs to.

🔗 Every alert includes a private status page — you get a link the moment your alert is created that lists every match found (deed #, price, buy + trait links), auto-refreshes, and lasts the life of the alert. It works with or without Discord; bookmark it.

Create your own alert server (free): in Discord, click the + button in the left sidebar (usually near the bottom of your server list; on some versions it's green) → Create My Own → For me and my friends → name it Deed Alerts. That's it — a private server only you can see.
Your new server comes with a #general channel — hover it and click the ⚙ gear (Edit Channel).
Open Integrations → Webhooks → Create Webhook. (Optional: name it Mr. Deeds.)
Click Copy Webhook URL — it starts with https://discord.com/api/webhooks/.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the Discord screen — if you named the webhook, Discord shows “Careful — you have unsaved changes!” and the webhook will NOT work until you save.

Mr. Deeds searches live listings, real sales, and exact trait censuses. The more of these you give it, the sharper the answer:

Budget in ETH — "under 0.15", "between 0.2 and 0.5", or "split 0.5 across 3 deeds"
What you value — rare resources (the 60 low-supply types), tier-3 deposits (biggest), artifacts, rare environments (Acid, Botanical, Luster…), big plots (environment tier 4–5), Biogenic sediment, Kodas (OG only)
Specific traits by name — "anything with Dimensional", "Obsidian environment", "a 1/1 artifact"
Collection — Expanded (the active collection) or OG (Kodas, remaining 1/1 artifacts). Say if you only want one.
Your intent — quick flip vs long hold changes what "good value" means
Check a specific deed — "is #12345 fairly priced?" or "compare #12345 vs #67890"
Koda questions — any Koda by id ("show me Koda #5577"), search by traits, abilities, KodaPendant or Mega status, and the measured Koda market summary. Koda answers use exact trait data, recorded market facts, and the gated Koda model estimate where the sales evidence supports one — Megas and unsupported cohorts get receipts instead of an invented number. Koda alerts are free at mrdeeds.xyz/koda/alert.html.
Portfolio review (from 3 APE) — paste your wallet address: "look at 0x… — what am I missing? I can spend 0.25". Reviews cost more than a search because Mr. Deeds reads your full holdings first. 3 APE covers up to 50 deeds; each additional 50 (or part of one) adds 1 APE — so 52 deeds is 4 APE. The count is Otherdeeds only, across both collections; the wallet's Kodas are reviewed too but never counted. We count your wallet before showing you a price, so the amount you see is the amount you pay.

Simple lookups cost the least; multi-deed comparisons and portfolio builds cost the most. After any answer, hit Ask a follow-up (orange) to continue that search with context, or New question (blue) to start fresh.

Privacy of your report: answered reports can be looked up by the wallet that paid, and wallet addresses are public on-chain — so anyone who knows your paying wallet could open its reports. Tick Keep this report private when you pay and it is left out of that lookup; your report link (shown on this page and in the PDF) is then the only way back to it, so save it. Either way, keep anything you would not want linked to that wallet out of the question.
