Nature of the service

Mr. Deeds is an automated reference and market-data tool for Otherside NFT assets: statistical estimates, trait analytics and recorded market data for the Otherdeed and Koda collections. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice; not an appraisal; and not a solicitation to buy or sell. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser or appraiser in any jurisdiction, and no fiduciary, advisory or client relationship is created by your use of this site.

Risk of total loss

NFTs are speculative digital assets. Prices are volatile and can fall to zero. The Otherdeed and Koda collections trade at low volume; individual traits and segments may have no active market at all. You may be unable to sell at any price, at any time. Only spend what you can afford to lose entirely.

Model estimates are not value

Our estimates are produced by a statistical model fitted to historical sales and current listings. They are opinions derived from past data — not appraisals, guarantees, offers or predictions. Actual sale prices routinely differ, sometimes substantially. Model coefficients reflect what the market has paid, which is driven by sentiment and may not persist. Past performance does not predict future results.

Forward-looking statements

Statements about future gameplay, resource systems, land production, crafting or in-game economies are speculative. Yuga Labs has announced a resource system for Otherside, stated to come online in 2026, but as of the date of this page has not published mechanics, specifications or an exact launch date, and no such system has shipped. Past trait utility in Legends of the Mara does not guarantee future utility in the persistent Otherside. Trait-based utility may change or never materialise. Do not purchase on the assumption that any feature will launch.

Data sources and accuracy

Data is aggregated from third-party sources including marketplace APIs, on-chain records and community indexes. These sources contain errors, omissions and indexing lag, and can misreport supply, ownership and listing status. Figures are point-in-time and may be stale by the time you read them. We do not warrant accuracy or completeness.

Conflicts of interest

The operator of this site actively trades Otherside assets — buying, selling and listing Otherdeeds, and potentially Kodas, in the same collections this site covers, at any time and at any price. The operator’s holdings may at any moment include specific deeds, traits or segments discussed on this site, and the operator may buy or sell before, during or after any page or estimate is published. Prices at which the operator trades may differ from, and conflict with, the estimates and figures shown here. The operator does not trade with the intent to artificially move prices or to benefit from figures published on this site — but you should read every number here as coming from an active market participant, not a neutral third party. The operator receives no compensation from marketplaces, projects or third parties for anything displayed on this site. Pages on this site link to paid products offered by the same operator.

No duty to update

Pages are generated at a moment in time; we do not revise them or notify you of page changes. The one exception is the free alert service you explicitly configure: an active alert checks new listings against your criteria for its 7-day term and notifies you of matches. Nothing else on this site watches anything on your behalf, and alert delivery is provided as-is — a matching listing may be missed, and a notification may be delayed or fail.

Koda coverage

The Koda section publishes trait data (scarcity, supply, locked status), recorded market facts (live asks, past sales), and — where the sale record supports one — a clearly-labeled model estimate fitted to recorded ETH sales. Estimates are statistical outputs, not prices or predictions; Megas and thin cohorts carry no estimate by design, and the fit publishes its own holdout scorecard. Koda game statistics are displayed exactly as published by Yuga Labs, unweighted — their future utility is unknown.

You must be of legal age and permitted to hold digital assets in your jurisdiction. This service is not directed at anyone where its use would be unlawful.

Otherdeed artwork and trademarks are the property of Yuga Labs. This site is an independent community reference and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Yuga Labs.

Corrections

We correct errors. A factual mistake on a page — a wrong number, a misdescribed rule, a stale status line — is fixed at the next build and, where it changed what a reader could reasonably have relied on, noted on the What’s new page with the date. Model changes are announced there too and described in the methodology’s revision record; reviews and audits that changed the model are published in full. To report an error, use the contact below; corrections that come from readers are credited when the reader wants that.
