No accounts, no trackers
Mr. Deeds has no user accounts, sets no cookies of its own, and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The static pages are the same for every visitor. The only measurement is our own feature-use count, described below.
Product-use counts
When a feature is used, the page sends our own server a short signal naming that feature and nothing else: a page family viewed, a search that found or did not find a match, a filter or the compare table used, the full collection loaded, a My Assets lookup, an Ask quote, payment or answer. The server adds one to a daily counter for that name. No cookie, no identifier, no IP address, no page URL, no search text and no wallet travel with the signal or are kept with the count, so the counts cannot be traced to a visitor; they tell us how many visits used a feature, not who. Browsers that send the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal are not counted at all.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent). They are used for abuse prevention and rate limiting and are rotated routinely.
Wallet addresses you enter
The My Assets page and the owned-by lookup send the wallet address or ENS name you enter (or a deed number) to our server, which fetches public blockchain and marketplace data about it. Results are cached in memory for minutes, not stored permanently. Wallet contents are public on-chain data; we hold no private keys and never ask you to connect a wallet or sign anything.
Ask Mr. Deeds
To operate the service we retain: your question text and the generated answer (they power your answer page and printable report), the sending address you provide for on-chain payment verification of paid analyses, alert criteria you set, and any feedback you submit. Payment transactions are public on ApeChain by nature. Quotes expire; free deed and Koda alerts end after their 7-day term.
Discord webhooks
If you connect a Discord webhook for alerts, we store that URL solely to deliver your alert pings and a test message. Only Discord webhook URLs are accepted, and webhook URLs are kept out of our operational logs. Delete the webhook in Discord at any time to revoke it.
Private links
Alert status pages and answer pages use unguessable random URLs. Anyone you share such a link with can see that page — treat the links like passwords.
Finding a paid report by wallet
Answered Ask Mr. Deeds reports can be looked up by the wallet that paid for them, so a lost link can be recovered. Wallet addresses are public on-chain, so anyone who knows your paying wallet can list and open its reports (the question preview and the answer). Tick “Keep this report private” when you pay and the report is left out of that lookup; its link (on the answer page and in the PDF) is then the only way back to it, so save it. Either way, keep anything you would not want linked to that wallet out of the question. Reports bought before this option existed stay findable by wallet unless you ask us to remove them (see Data removal below).
AI processing
Ask Mr. Deeds sends your question, together with the market data it gathers to answer it, to an AI model provider (Anthropic) that writes the answer under its API terms. We store the question and the answer so your report link keeps working.
Data removal and contact
Want a question, alert, or webhook removed — or need to reach us about anything on this site? Email privacy@mrdeeds.xyz, or message us on X (@MrDeedsXYZ), with the relevant link and we will delete it.
Third parties
Deed artwork loads from Yuga Labs’ asset servers (small preview copies of listed and recently sold deeds are served from our own server), and market data comes from marketplace APIs and public RPCs; those services see the requests your browser or our server makes to them under their own policies.
Mr. Deeds is an independent Otherside data platform, unaffiliated with Yuga Labs. Articles and documentation are written from the same counted dataset as the rest of the site; where prices or market behaviour are discussed, the figures are recorded facts or clearly-labeled model estimates — opinions derived from data, not advice, offers or predictions.
NFTs are speculative and illiquid; you can lose everything you spend. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
