Otherdeed & Koda Weekly — Selling pressure, repeat sales and rare artifacts

Weekly Market Update · published 2026-09-21 by Mr. Deeds · written from this site's recorded sales and live book — deed sales · Koda market · corrections policy.

September 13–19, 2026 · with updates through September 21

Otherdeed trading cooled after the previous week’s announcement-driven burst. Fewer deeds changed hands, ETH turnover nearly halved, and the typical ETH sale slipped slightly. Kodas also produced several lower-priced sales, while individual collector purchases continued well above the cheapest trades.

BananaBullet: a recent buyer turns seller

A notable wallet adds context: BananaBullet, which had reportedly been a substantial NFT buyer a couple of weeks earlier, subsequently sold holdings and contributed to floor pressure. Mr. Deeds’ September 21 wallet lookup shows no Otherdeeds or Kodas remaining at that address. The selling is a useful part of the week’s story, although its exact contribution to price movements has not been measured.

Otherdeeds: fewer trades and lower ETH turnover

Otherdeeds recorded 288 sales across 205 distinct deeds, compared with 400 sales across 327 deeds the previous week. Transaction count fell 28%, and the number of distinct deeds traded fell approximately 37%. Calculations use the recorded deed-sales export, with the same reporting periods used in last week’s update.

ETH volume declined 49.4%, while the ETH median fell 3.3%. Trading was concentrated late in the week: Friday and Saturday accounted for 185 sales, or 64% of the weekly total. Repeat trading also mattered—the transaction count includes deeds that changed hands more than once.

The sales that stood out

  • Otherdeed #27308 — 0.65 ETH, September 19. The Sky T1 deed carries a Koda Shovel, one of 130 in the collection. It provides a fresh observation for a thinly traded artifact segment; the site records only one qualifying ETH sale in that segment over the past 180 days.
  • Otherdeed #5304 — 0.50 ETH, September 17. This Crystal T1 deed carries Jules, Biogenic Swamp sediment and four resource deposits. It had sold for 0.67 ETH on September 9. The second sale was approximately 25% lower, illustrating how quickly an individual collector asset can reprice.
  • Otherdeed #23818 — 0.435 WETH, September 13. The deed combines Brineslime T3 and T2. Mentioned after the cutoff in last week’s issue, it falls inside this week’s reporting period.

Kodas: lower-priced prints alongside collector purchases

Koda sales showed pressure near the lower end, alongside higher-priced individual purchases. September 15 included ETH sales of #6792, #8081, #1851 and #5766 at 0.498 ETH each, plus #5827 at 0.4945 ETH. Later prints included #1616 at 0.991 ETH and #8333 at 1.132 ETH. These examples show the range of clearing prices; they do not establish a uniform change across Koda traits. Recorded Koda sales.

After the weekly cutoff, September 20 brought several Koda ETH sales around 0.566 ETH, alongside #4727 at 1.05 ETH. At the September 21 check, the site displayed a 0.6202 ETH Koda floor, with 162 listed, and a combined Otherdeed floor of approximately 0.0899 ETH. Floors are current asking prices and can differ from recently completed sales. Koda market · Deed listings.

What to watch next

The next useful signal is whether demand broadens as this inventory changes hands. More transactions alone would leave that question open: distinct assets traded, repeat sales and the prices buyers actually pay will give a clearer picture.

Data note: Weekly deed figures cover September 13–19 UTC, compared with September 6–12. The export repeats 1.065 WETH across ten deeds at the same September 15 timestamp; combined ETH/WETH volume is omitted pending verification of how that consideration should be allocated. Koda examples come from the visible recent-sales feed and are not presented as a complete weekly total.
